USABILITY TESTING is a means for measuring how well intended audiences use a Website for its intended purpose. DeepBlue conducts the following usability testing throughout the development and post-launch stages:
Explorative Testing gathers input from participants in the early stages of site development. Based on the experience and opinions of target users, the project management team will decide the appropriate direction for the site's look and feel, navigation, and functionality.
Assessment Testing occurs when the site is close to launch. Here you will get feedback on issues that may present potential problems for users but are relatively simple to fix. Assessment testing will occur as part of Quality Assurance (QA).
EvaluationTesting is useful to validate the success of the site subsequent to launch. The site can be scored and compared to competitors from a subjective design and functional perspective as well as empirical assessment of key metrics, and this scorecard can be used to evaluate the project's success.
