We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Web Designer for an immediate contract position with the opportunity for a full-time position. The designer is responsible for guiding the client through the creative process to create beautiful and unique web experiences for desktop and mobile devices.

JOB DUTIES

  • Provide thought leadership in web design philosophy
  • Creation of custom design compositions in responsive states
  • Creation of print or web assets per project
  • Creation of brand assets, including logo and collateral designs

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of agency-level experience designing beautiful, modern, responsive websites
  • Expertise in AI, PS, ID
  • A proven portfolio of active websites

Preferred:

  • Strong client communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Information Architecture
  • Basic skills in front-end development, including responsive frameworks, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, AJAX
  • Interface design experience for customer interaction

We are seeking an experienced PHP developer for an immediate contract position with the opportunity for a full-time position. The developer is responsible for design and development of client websites and related web-based applications.

DUTIES

  • Develop, maintain, test, and document websites and web applications as required.
  • Maintain website changes including content changes, code fixes and other enhancements.
  • Investigate ongoing issues and technologies and furnish solutions for them.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates MUST feel comfortable talking directly with customers and managing their expectations. The position requires travel with the occasional requirement to meet on-site or at the DEEPBLUE office with clients as necessary.

A background in project management in the web technology industry is preferable, but not a requirement. A working familiarity with modern web design and emerging technologies is a plus.
